Why CityPlace moves are different
CityPlace is one big complex made of nine separate buildings, each with its own loading dock rules, freight elevator, and concierge desk. Knowing the difference between Apex’s loading hours (8am–4pm) and Concord Park Place’s (24 hours but 4-hour limit) is the difference between a clean move and a 2-hour wait outside.
We’ve moved residents in and out of all nine. We know which buildings require COI submission 48 hours in advance and which let you walk in. We know which freight elevators are right at 7′ tall (and which are at 7’6″, which means a king-size box spring fits without tilting).
Specific buildings we move regularly
- Apex (33 Bay St) — 4-hour elevator window, $400 deposit, COI required
- Vista (10 Capreol Ct) — 4-hour window, $300 deposit, no COI required
- Concord Park Place (40 Bruyeres Mews) — 8-hour window, $500 deposit, COI required
- N1/N2 (15 & 35 Iceboat Terrace) — 4-hour window, $300 deposit, weekday only
Pricing
Same as our standard rates: $50/hr per mover, no minimums, no stairs fees, no fuel surcharge for in-CityPlace moves. CityPlace-to-CityPlace moves frequently come in under $300 total.
